The survey instrument in its entirety, including all questions, answer options, conditional logic, ordering, and framing across all county surveys
The methodology of anonymous access code distribution for community data collection
All written content on this site, including about pages, landing page copy, validity statements, and source documentation
The tiered sourcing framework applied to family court documentation: confirmed public record, attributed advocacy documentation, and structural pattern analysis
County-specific research compilations including judicial and attorney background research

These works were created beginning in 2024 by the project founder, who retains all rights.

Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or use of any portion of this project's content or methodology without written permission is prohibited. This includes use in competing survey instruments, advocacy materials, or commercial products.

Documentation of authorship and development history is on file and available upon request.
